The electric heating hot water boiler is a new type of electric heating equipment that converts electric energy into heat energy. Its design and manufacturing comply with the "Boiler Safety Technical Supervision Regulations" and industry standards. It consists of electric heating elements, devices, boiler drum, safety accessories, strong and weak electric control systems, and all heating components are certified with national compulsory safety certification marks. Each group of electric heating elements adopts a centralized bundle-type flange connection, independently set up, featuring simple structure, high mechanical strength, safety and reliability, easy replacement, and long service life.
The boiler's automatic operation time periods can be set as needed. Multiple different working periods can be set in a day, enabling the boiler to automatically start different heating groups in time segments. Heating groups switch in cycles, ensuring that all contactors are used for the same duration and frequency, thereby extending equipment life.
The operation of the boiler and its circulation system is controlled using fully automatic intelligent control technology, requiring no dedicated personnel. The operating mode is flexible and can be set to manual or automatic.
Equipped with comprehensive multiple protection functions, including leakage protection, water shortage protection, grounding protection, steam overpressure protection, overcurrent protection, power supply protection, and more.
No noise, no pollution, high thermal efficiency. The boiler body is insulated with high-quality aluminum silicate material, resulting in minimal heat loss and effective energy saving and consumption reduction.
