Product Introduction

The SZL type chain grate boiler features high efficiency, strong overload capacity, and wide coal adaptability. This boiler mainly consists of upper and lower drums, convection tubes, water-cooled walls, downcomers, and headers, with longitudinal arrangement of the drums. The combustion equipment adopts chain belt-type chain grate driven by a stepless speed device. The boiler body is composed of longitudinal upper and lower drums and convection tube bundles. Water-cooled walls are arranged around the combustion chamber, with the front and rear arches formed by refractory castables supported by water-cooled walls, resulting in longer arch service life. The sides of the body use a full membrane water-cooled wall structure, providing excellent sealing, minimal heat loss, and ensuring safe and efficient boiler operation.
