The SZL chain grate boiler offers high efficiency, strong overload capacity, and wide fuel adaptability. This boiler mainly consists of upper and lower drums, convection tube bundles, water-cooled walls, downcomers, and headers. The drums are arranged longitudinally, and the combustion equipment adopts a chain belt chain grate driven by a stepless speed regulator. The boiler body is composed of longitudinal upper and lower drums and convection tube bundles. Water-cooled walls are arranged around the furnace, and the front and rear arches are cast with refractory castables using water-cooled walls as the framework, providing longer service life. The body’s left and right sides adopt a full membrane water-cooled wall structure, ensuring good sealing, minimal heat loss, and safe and efficient operation.
