Product Introduction

The DZL single drum horizontal chain grate biomass boiler adopts an arch tube plate and threaded smoke tube structure, changing the drum from a quasi-steel body to a quasi-elastic structure, eliminating support in the tube plate area and reducing stress. The smoke tube in the tube plate changes from two return paths to one, solving the problem of tube plate cracking. Due to the riser row set at the bottom of the drum, it eliminates dead water areas, preventing sludge deposition, effectively cooling high-temperature areas, and preventing bulging at the bottom of the boiler. The boiler uses high-efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke tubes, improving heat transfer, enabling fast temperature rise and pressure build-up, and enhancing thermal efficiency.
