The WNS Low-Nitrogen Three-Pass Gas Hot Water Boiler is a horizontal internal combustion wet-back fully automatic gas hot water boiler. All pressure-bearing components are welded, composed of a corrugated furnace combustion chamber, reburning chamber, flue tubes, and economizer.
After combustion of the fuel through the burner and furnace chamber, the flue gas passes through the reburning chamber, second pass convection flue tubes, front flue box, third pass convection flue tubes, enters the economizer, and is finally discharged through the chimney.
The main feature of the wet-back boiler is the reburning chamber, which realizes a "water-jacketed fire" structure, fundamentally solving the overheating problem of the flue box. A blast-proof door, which also serves as an inspection port, is arranged at the rear of the reburning chamber, allowing inspection of the furnace through the port.
