Product Introduction

The boiler adopts a quick-installation or assembly structure: 4 to 8 t/H models are quick-install water tube structures, fully assembled in the factory before delivery; 10 to 15 t/H models consist of two main parts: the upper part is the main body heating surface, and the lower part is the combustion equipment. The front end of the boiler body forms a combustion chamber by connecting the upper water-cooled walls with the drum and the lower part with the header to absorb furnace radiation heat. The rear part arranges dense convection tube bundles between the upper and lower drums. The high-temperature flue gas after combustion passes through the second pass, horizontally scouring the convection heating surface, then flows to the separately arranged economizer, and finally enters the dust collector and is discharged through the chimney; Models of 20 t/H and above are assembled water tube boilers composed of the front furnace, rear furnace, convection tube bundles, economizer, and chain grate, which are assembled as a whole for delivery.

This boiler adopts the advantages of quick-installation boilers, featuring a compact structure, single-layer boiler room layout, convenient on-site installation, short cycle, low cost, and easy operation. This series of steam boilers is suitable for industrial and domestic steam use, while the corresponding capacity hot water boilers are suitable for industrial and civil heating.
