Product Introduction

The full premixed low nitrogen condensing cast silicon aluminum boiler is an efficient, environmentally friendly, energy-saving product that uses advanced European cast aluminum boiler technology and low nitrogen combustion control technology from Honeywell (USA) and Siemens (Germany). It has a high thermal efficiency of up to 108.9% under the best condensing conditions, with NOx emissions below 30mg/m³ and exhaust gas temperature lower than 60°C. This product features fully automated intelligent control; Compact, lightweight, easy to install, and low operating costs. It is currently one of the most efficient, energy-saving, low-nitrogen, and environmentally friendly products in China.

The low nitrogen condensing boiler uses natural gas as fuel. After filtering, the natural gas and air are mixed in a Venturi tube and sent into the burner by a fan, where they are evenly distributed over the metal alloy mesh surface of the burner. The mixture is ignited by an electronic ignition needle, and combustion occurs under positive pressure in the combustion chamber. The resulting high-temperature flue gas flows downward through the unit, passing through a series of heat exchange cones in the convection flue, fully exchanging heat before being expelled through the flue.
