Product Introduction

The SZS series gas hot water boiler features a double-drum, longitudinal, D-type layout structure, with the right side as the furnace and the left side as the convection tube bundle; it is fixed on the body chassis through movable supports at the center and both ends of the lower drum, ensuring overall thermal expansion at both ends of the boiler. The furnace is surrounded by membrane water-cooled walls, with the membrane water-cooled wall on the left side completely sealing off the furnace from the convection tube bundle. The rear section of the convection tube bundle adopts a staggered arrangement, while the front section is aligned. Flue gas generated by combustion in the furnace exits from the tail flue port into the burnout chamber, then into the convection tube bundle area, and finally turns at the front left side of the boiler to enter the spiral finned tube economizer and condenser, before discharging into the atmosphere via the chimney.
