Product Introduction

The SZL type chain grate boiler features high efficiency, strong overload capacity, and broad coal adaptability. This boiler mainly consists of upper and lower drums, convection tube bundles, water-cooled walls, downcomers, and headers, with vertical arrangement of the drums. The combustion equipment adopts chain belt-type chain grate driven by a stepless speed device. The boiler body is composed of longitudinal upper and lower drums and convection tube bundles. Water-cooled walls are arranged around the combustion chamber, and the front and rear arches are formed by casting refractory material on a framework of water-cooled walls, providing longer service life. The left and right sides of the body are fully membrane-type water-cooled wall structures, ensuring good boiler sealing, low heat loss, and safe and efficient operation.
